Hi. I can't recall which one of you was planner for this project and don't have access to Accela right
now, so am sending to both of you. I got a call from Ed from Brinkman asking if I could come look
at the project because they want to move a remote FDC. I had them show the remote FDCs on the
site plan so am not sure if moving it would require a minor amendment ... ? I'd just like to have my
ducks in a row before I call him back. Can you give me an answer?
Thanks,
Carie

On my plans, the remote FDCs are denoted with the symbol circled in red.

Carie,
I have looked at 2 iterations of Sheet S2 of the Site Plan for Centre Avenue Residences (dated
July 14, 2009 and October 20, 2009) and do not see the remote FDC's on either version. Therefore,
I am unable to tell if or how moving a remote FDC will affect the filed Site and Landscape Plans for
the project.

I don't particularly care if the do an M.A. - I was just asking if they'll be required to do one so I can
help them on the front end. The Site Plan (Sheet S2) dated July 14, 2009, shows the three remote
FDCs. I'll meet with Brinkman and decide whether or not they can relocate one of the remotes and
then leave it up to them to resolve the need for a minor amendment.

I am the planner for Arrowhead/Centre Avenue Residences. I just checked the Site & Landscape

site layout or landscaping? My question is, what is gained by doing a Minor Amendment?
