According to the title insurance commitment issued by
Unified Title of Northern Colorado LLC in connection with the C-
Three transaction, there are no outstanding mineral interests.
That being the case, one would conclude that minerals are
apparently owned in the same manner as the surface (i.e., BGJR
Larimer, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, as to an
undivided 66% interest and G B Ventures, LLP, a Colorado limited
liability partnership, as to an undivided 34% interest). Unless
Eric has information to indicate that the title insurance
commitment is incorrect, it would appear that the third box
(mineral estate has not been severed) on the Certification of
Mineral Estate Owner Notification would be appropriate.
