Challenge Ropes Course
Statement of planning objectives:
The Challenge Ropes Course offers teambuilding and experiential education programs to
the University and the community. The youngest group allowed on the course is5th grade
and the course is accessible to people of all abilities. No more than 40 people (2 groups)
will be on the course at any time.
The course is open 7 days a week, all year long from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., closing only
for Colorado State's winter break. Groups can only use the course under supervision of
the CSU Challenge Ropes Course staff.

Submittal Checklist
Project Development Plan
The following information is required to be submitted, unless waived, with all
applications. Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with
the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department.
Application form, filing fee (plus .50 cents for each APO label), and sign posting fee.
Three lists (3) of names and addresses of all owners of record of real property within at
least 500' of the property lines for the parcel of land for which the project is proposed,
exclusive of public right-of-way. (Two (2) lists typed on mailing labels (33 names per sheet)
and the other list on a reproducible copy of those labels).
Complete List of proposed Street Names for the development.

Site plan drawings. (Refer to the submittal requirements for specific information to be.
