be signed and recorded. A draft Development Agreement has been drafted and will be
provided to the Developer/Owner for their review as soon as the City Attorney's office has
reviewed and approved the document. At that time, the Developer/Owner will review and
sign the document which will then be returned to the City for City signatures and recording.
Larimer County recording fees will apply and are $11 for the first page and $5 for each
successive page.
