Department: Engineering Development Review Contact: Andrew Carney, 970-221-6501, acarneyaMcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 10/04/2011 10/04/2011: A draft of the Development Agreement has been provided to the Developer, once completed by the developer it will be signed by City staff and then recorded with Larmer County. As mentioned before, Larimer County recording fees will apply and will need to be submitted along with the completed Development Agreement. Also, just as a reminder as it has been mentioned in prior rounds of review, a excavation permit will need to be obtained prior to starting work on the new driveway. Lastly, the driveway itself will need to be built in compliance the Larimer Urban Area Street Standards.
