[7/20/09] The plantings in front of the transformers must be a low ground cover type

Response: Removed tall plants and have cobble in the narrow strips in front of transformer

[7/20/09) The electric transformer for building #1 is shown with 2 water lines on one side,
and a storm drain on the other side. It appears that this configuration will make installation
of power lines from the street to the transformer, and from this transformer to the building #3
transformer impossible. Please contact Light & Power Engineering at 221-6700 to
coordinate this issue.
THE TRANSFORMER HAS BEEN RELOCATED TO MORE WORKABLE LOCATION.

Topic: General
Number: 71 Created: 8/13/2009
[8/13/091 Engineering Inspection would like to see more final detail of the master fire room
so that they are aware what they will need to inspect. Also, please clearly label which utility
lines will be installed with each phase (if any utility phasing is to be done) and which lines
will be public or private. Lastly, inspection would like to see at least 4 feet between the
waterlines in Worthington Circle. This will allow for easier servicing/replacing of the lines in
the future.
DETAILS OF THE MASTER FIRE ROOM AND LIMITS OF INSPECTION WILL BE
CLARIFIED AT THE DCP MEETING. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN ADDED
TO THE UTILITY PLAN TO CLARIFY PHASING. ALL UTILITIES WILL BE PRIVATE. THE
ADDITIONAL SEPARATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
Number: 72 Created: 8/13/2009
[8/13/09] On the drive approach off of Worthington Circle, the handicap ramps must align
with each other on either side of the driveway. Based on the current ROW available and
current conditions in the area, Engineering will not require a ramp to go across Worthington
Circle. Transportation Planning may require a ramp which in turn may require additional
ROW to fit in the ramps. However, Engineering is ok with only ramps going across the drive
entrance, which should easily fit within the existing ROW.
TRANSPORTATION PLANNING HAS CONFIRMED THAT A RAMP DIRECTING
PEDESTRIAN ACROSS WORTHINGTON CIRCLE AT THIS DRIVEWAY IS NOT
NECESSARY. THEREFORE, THE RAMPS SIMPLY CROSS THE ENTRANCE,
PARALLEL TO THE ROADWAY, WITHIN EXISTING R.O.W.
