The erosion control fees are calculated using; the number of lots, the total site disturbance, the estimated number of years the project will be active. The Stormwater Inspection Fees are based off of the number of LID/WQ Features that are planned for this project. Based on the materials submitted we are assuming 1 lot, 0.93 acres of disturbance, 2 years from demo through build out of construction and an additional 2 years until full vegetative stabilization from seeding is established. Which results in an Erosion Control Fee of $1,568.76. The Stormwater/LID Inspection Fee is based on 1 level spreader which results in a Stormwater LID/WQ Inspection fee of $ 315. I have included a copy pf the spreadsheet that was used to arrive at that estimate for your information. If you have a better estimate than the one used, please let me know so that we may arrive at a final fee estimate for this project. The fee will need to be paid at the time the erosion control escrow is posted for this project. United Civil Response:10/22/2020: FOR FINAL APPROVAL:According to the notes on the Grading and Erosion Control Plan this site will be constructed in phases, yet the ESC escrow calculation is not provided in phases. Please reconcile. The disturbed area used in the current escrow calculation also does not match the numbers cited in Note 1 of the Overall Grading and Erosion Control Plan. Please address all ESC redlines provided on the plans.United Civil Response:Department: FloodplainContact: Claudia Quezada, (970)4162494, cquezada@fcgov.comTopic: FloodplainComment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 10/26/202012/07/2020: FOR APPROVAL: Please see redlines (pretty minor).United Civil Response:10/26/2020: FOR APPROVAL: Please see redlines for items to address (floodplain labeling changes and changes to floodplain notes).Department: Engineering Development ReviewContact: Morgan Stroud, 9704164344, mstroud@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 10/27/202012/08/2020: Development Agreement Updated: I have received language from various departments.
