Thence N. 28º 10’ W. a distance of 230.0 feet; 2. Thence N. 53º 14’ W. a distance of 281.5 feet; 3. Thence N. 0º 22’ E. a distance of 239.2 feet; 4. Thence S. 59º 08’ E. a distance of 276.5 feet to a point of curve; 5. Thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 998.6 feet a distance of 275.6 feet (the chord of which arc bears S. 51º 14’ E. a distance of 274.7 feet); 6. Thence S. 21º 51’ W. a distance of 319.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
