OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROV
ING THE GRANTING OF A LICENSE TO PUBLIC SERVICE
COMPANY OF COLORADO TO INSTALL ELECTRICAL FACILITIES
ON THE SITE OF THE FORT COLLINS SEWAGE TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS Public Service Company of Colorado has requested from
the City the right to install electrical facilities at the Fort Collins
Sewage Treatment Plant and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Council a license per-
mitting such installation should be granted to Public Service Company
of Colorado and
WHEREAS a license agreement has been prepared providing for
the same
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said license agreement be
and the same hereby are accepted and approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they hereby are authorized and directed to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 13th day of April 1972
