OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS GIVING NOTICE
CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
IN ORDER TO CLASSIFY rOR ZONING PURPOSES CERTAIN PROPERTY
BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
initiated annexation procedures for certain property known as the
Cunningham Corner Annexation to the City of Fort Collins more particularly
described in the Notice of Public Hearing attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have petitioned that said
property be included in the R L-P Low Density Planned Residential District
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study of aid
zoning request and has held a hearing and has made a report and recomrendation
thereon all in accordance with Section 19 46 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to hold a hearing on said zoning
request as required by said Section 19 46
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that November 16 1972 at 7 30 P M or as soon thereafter as the matt r
may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of
Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing on said
zoning request and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to publ h
a notice of said hearing as provided in Section. l9 46 of the Code of Ordinances c
the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended in the form attached heretc

Notice is hereby given that on November 16 1972 , at 1 30 P M or as soon ere-
after as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in t'le City Hali of th
City of Fort Collins the City Council will hold a public hearing on a petition heretofore
filed requesting that the property comprisinq the Cunningham Corner
Annexation be placed in a R L P Low Density Planned Residential District under the zoning
ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado
The property comprising said annexation is more particularly described as situat in
the County of Larimer State of Colorado to-wit
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of Section 26 T7N R69W of the 6th
P M Larimer County Colorado being more particularly described as follows
Considering the South Line of the SW 1/a of said Section 26 as bearing
S 89' 42 44 W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the S 1/4 Corner of said Section 26 thence along the said
south line S 89 42 44 W 366 30 feet to the True Point of Beginning
Thence continuing along said south line S 890 42 44 W 623 64 feet
thence N 00 21 �35 11 1324 97 feet to a point on a line which is contiguous
to the city limits of the City of Fort Collins thence along said line said
line also being the nortn line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 20
N 89' 46 20 E 992 14 feet to the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the S11 1/4 of
said Section 26 thence along the north-south centerline of said Section 26
