OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING A REVISED EXHIBIT A
TO BE APPENDED TO THE CONTRACT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS WITH UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR BUREAU OF RECLAMATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF WHOLESALE
POWER
WHEREAS the City of Fort Collins has heretofore entered into an agreement
with United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation for the purchase
of wholesale power being identified as Contract No 14-06-700-6155 dated February 25
1966 as amended July 13 1967 and -k-�
WHEREAS a revised Exhibit A has been prepared and presented to the City which
would increase the present contract rate of delivery from the Colorado River Storage
Project in the April-September summer season from 12 500 to 17 500 kilowatts and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Council it is in the best interests of the
City of Fort Collins to adopt said revised Exhibit A and
WHEREAS the said revised Exhibit A has been approved by the City Attorney
and the City Manager
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT revision number 6 of Exhibit A to Contract No 14-06-700-6155 dated
February 25 1966 as amended July 13 1967 with United States Department of the
Interior Bureau of Reclamation be and the same hereby is accepted and approved
and be it further resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute said revised Exhibit A for and on behalf of
the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 6th
day of March A D 1969
