OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT TO BE ENTERED INTO BETWEEN PHILLIPS PETROLEUM
COMPANY AND WESTERN AVIATION INC
WHEREAS Phillips Petroleum Company has installed a sign at the Fort- Collins-
Loveland Airport and
WHEREAS in connection with the erection of such sign Phillips Petroleum
Company has proposed an agreement to be entered into with Western Aviation Inc
and approved by the City of Fort Collins and the City of Loveland and
WHEREAS said agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and the
City Manager and approved
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the terms and conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted
and be it further resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
24th day of April A D 1969
