OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ADOPTING
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPAL
PUBLIC UTILITIES RELATING TO ELECTRICAL SERVICE POLICIES,
PRACTICES, AND PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, heretofore on April 10, 1969, pursuant to Section 21-51
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as
amended, the City Council approved and adopted certain rules and regulations
proposed by the Department of Municipal Public Utilities; and
WHEREAS, said Department has proposed new rules and regulations
to replace the rules and regulations formerly adopted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt such revised rules
and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the rules and regulations pertaining to electrical service
policies, practices and procedures proposed and adopted by the Department
of Municipal Public Utilities be and the same hereby are authorized, approved
and adopted and the same shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date hereof and shall replace the rules and regulations approved and
adopted by the City Council on April 10, 1969.
Passed and adopted at regular meeting of the City Council held
this 4th day of June, A.D. 1970.
