OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A DETERMINATION OF JUST COMPENSATION
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Fort Collins utilizes Community
Development Block Grant Funds for the acquisition of properties to be
utilized in connection with certain previously approved community develop-
ment projects, and
WHEREAS, in utilizing said funds, the City has agreed to pay just
compensation for the acquisition of any properties and, in accordance
therewith, has caused appraisals of the property described below to be
prepared, and
WHEREAS, the City has caused said appraisals to be reviewed and in the
course of said review has determined just compensation for the subject
premises, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, the value for the property described below does, in fact, rep-
resent just compensation for said property
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS - -
Section 1 That the values set forth below for the property identi-
fied below do, in fact, represent just compensation for said property

Section 2 That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and
