OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERS 65 and 66, 1981,
AND THE CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATION OF AN
ANNEXATION ELECTION PETITION AS THEY RELATE
TO THE VINE-LAPORTE-TAFT ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1981, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
passed resolution number 65 making Findings Relating to a Petition for an
Annexation Election for Property known as the Vine-LaPorte-Taft Annexation,
and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1981, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
passed resolution number 66, setting forth Findings of Facts and Conclu-
sions Regarding the Vine-LaPorte-Taft Annexation, and
WHEREAS, on April 15, 1981, the City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins
certified the annexation election petition as it related to the Vine-La-
Porte-Taft Annexation, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend Resolutions Numbers 65 and 66,
1981, and the City Clerk's Certification of an annexation election petition
to the extent that said documents contain inaccurate dates in their res-
pective recital clauses
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the recital clauses contained within Resolutions Numbers 65
and 66, 1981, and the City Clerk's Certification of an annexation election
petition be, and they hereby are, amended by deleting therefrom the follow-
ing dates respectively, to-wit July 3, 1980, August 5, 1980, March 16,
1981, and inserting therein the following dates respectively, to-wit April
9, 1981, December 5, 1980, and April 9, 1981
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of September , 1981
