OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE BUDGET OF THE ESTIMATED AMOUNTS
REQUIRED TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF CONDUCTING
THE BUSINESS OF THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1982,
WHEREAS, on the 21st of September, 1981, the Board of the Downtown
Development Authority in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes, §31-
25-816, 1973, adopted a budget of the estimated amounts required to pay the
expenses of conducting their business for the fiscal year ending December
31, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to approve the
proposed 1982 budget as adopted by the Downtown Development Authority Board
on September 21, 1981
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the budget prepared and adopted for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 1982 by the Board of the Downtown Development Authority, be,
and the same hereby is, approved, as follows
Expenditures
Personal Services $ 64,794
Contractual Services 11,726
Commodities 3,400
Capital Outlay 4,000
Operating & Capital Expense $ 83,920
City Repayment $ 20,000
Total Expenditures $103,920
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 6th day of October , 1981
