OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
UTILITIES AND SITE PREPARATION OF THE
STREET FOR SOUTH MASON STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 75
WHEREAS, bids have been received from various contractors regarding
the construction of the utilities and site preparation of the street for
the South Mason Street and Utility Improvement District Number 75, and
WHEREAS, after public advertisement for bids as provided in accordance
with Chapter 16 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, Stewart's Exca-
vating, Inc has been determined by the Council to have submitted the
lowest reliable and responsible bid
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into a contract with Stewart's Excavating, Inc for the completion of
utilities and site preparation of the street for the South Mason Street and
Utility Improvement District Number 75 in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the contract documents and the
submitted bid
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of October , 1981
