OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS
OF COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROVIDING TRANSFORT SERVICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to prior contracts the City has provided Transfort
services to the student body of Colorado State University through August of
1981, and
WHEREAS, the City and the Associated Students of Colorado State
University have successfully negotiated an agreement which contains the
following major provisions
1) The City shall provide Transfort services from Septem-
ber 11, 1981, through August 31, 1982
2) The Associated Students of Colorado State University
shall pay the City the Burn of Two Dollars per semester
for each full time, fee paying student
3) The City shall provide a specified level of publicity to
inform students of the availability of Transfort ser-
vices
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agree-
ment with the Associated Students of Colorado State University for the
purpose of providing Transfort services from September 1, 1981, through
August 31, 1982
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 3rd day of November , 1981
