OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE "POLICE ANNEX"
WHEREAS, in the past, the City has entered into a Lease Agreement for
that certain property located on the northeast corner of Howes and LaPorte
Avenue, said property being presently utilized as the Police Annex Build-
ing, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, it is probable the City will continue to have need for this
property for a period of at least several years, and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a satisfactory agreement with the
owners of this property which will permit the City to continue to utilize
this property through February, 1981 , and with options to utilize said
property until February, 1984
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the Lease Agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A," be, and it hereby is, approved
Section 2 That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Fort Collins.
