OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ON THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PLATTE RIVER
POWER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is entitled to representation on the
Board of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority, and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Jack Russell has represented the City of Fort
Collins on the Board of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority,
and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Jack Russell has requested that he be allowed
to resign and allow another member of the City Council of the City of Fort
Collins to be appointed in his place, and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Earl Wilkinson has been appointed by the
Mayor of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins to occupy the repre-
sentative position vacated by Councilmember Jack Russell, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has unanimously
approved the appointment of Councilmember Earl Wilkinson to this position
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Councilmember Earl Wilkinson is hereby appointed to be the
representative of the City of Fort Collins on the Board of Directors of the
Platte River Power Authority with all duties and responsibilities arising
from that position.
