OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
PROVIDING FOR THE RENEWAL OF A
TEMPORARY USE PERMIT FOR COLORADO-
BIG THOMPSON WATER UNITS THROUGH
THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins presently holds temporary
use permits for eighty-one (81) acre feet of Colorado-Big
Thompson water; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said temporary use permits
be renewed from time to time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that application be made to the Northern
Colorado Water Conservancy District for renewal of those
temporary use permits as indicated on the attached renewal
application.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Fort Collins held this 13th day of March , A.D
1979.
