OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE CITY
TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY IN LIEU OF THE MAYOR
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins is a Director of the
Board of the Platte River Power Authority, and
WHEREAS, a new Mayor has recently been elected by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor does not desire to serve on the Board of Directors
of the Platte River Power Authority but instead to appoint another member
of the Council to such Board, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council desire to appoint
Earl Wilkinson
as the City's representative to the Board of Directors of the Platte River
Power Authority to serve in lieu of the Mayor
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Earl Wilkin on be, and hereby is, designated to serve
on the Boar of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority as the
Mayor's representative

OF PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY
IsChuck D. Bowlino , hereby certify that I am the duly elected and
qualified Mayor of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado ("Fort Collins") and
that the City Council of Fort Collins has appointed Stanley R Case to
serve as the Appointed Director from Fort Collins on the Board of Directors
of Platte River Power Authority ("Platte River"), which appointment is in
full force and effect on the date hereof
I do further certify that as Mayor of Fort Collins, I have elected not
to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Platte River and have and
do hereby designate Earl Wilkinson* to serve as the Director of Platte
River from Fort Collins who is also a member of the Fort Collins City
