RESOLUTION 79-55
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
SETTING FORTH IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULES
FOR AIR QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES SELECTED
BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, on December 5, 1978, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
passed Resolution No 78-96, under the terms of which the City selected
specific air quality control measures to be utilized in order to reach
attainment with the National Ambient Air Quality standards , and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency has requested the City
to supply specific implementation schedules for the control measures selected
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 1HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the implementation schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A, setting forth
specific implementation dates for those control measures previously selected
by the City Council on December 5, 1978, be, and they hereby are, approved
Passed and adopted at an) adJourned meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 26th day of June, A D 1979
