ter ( WHEREAS, State primary drinking water regulations 'require minimumt �
water testing for different water systems located within the Fort Collins
a ` area,, and I
WHEREAS, the water system serving the Colorado State University shoula r l '
1' be considered a separate water system for testing requirements, and i

�tnks(, WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City of Fort Collins that testing
" } be accomplished at Colorado State University since the City of Fort Collins

supplies water to that facility

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
,
to enter into an aqreement with Colorado State University under the terms
;ar7 of which the University would perform water testing in accordance with
R State requirements for the period January 1 , 1979, through December 31 ,
1980, for a sum not to exceed One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars
