OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREE-
MENT WITH CH M HILL FOR AN AIRPORT PLANNING
STUDY AT THE 2FORT COLLINS/LOVELAND MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT
WHEREAS , heretofore the Cities did solicit and receive pro-
posals for an airport planning study for the Fort Collins/Loveland
Municipal Airport, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins, the proposal submitted by CH2M Hill best meets
the needs of the Cities as expressed in the bid proposal
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that that certain agreement, a true copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and it hereby is, approved
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Fort Collins held this 7th day of August , 1979
