OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE GRANT OFFER
UNDER THE AIRPORT AND AIRWAY DEVELOPMENT
ACT OF 1970 FOR PROJECT NUMBER A-08-0023-02 RELATING
TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN AIRPORT MASTER
PLAN FOR THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ,
COLORADO
Section 1 That the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, shall
accept the Airport Master Planning Grant Offer from the
Federal Aviation Administration dated November 1 , 1979 , for
the purpose of obtaining Federal aid in the development of
a Master Plan for the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport
and that such grant offer shall be as set forth hereinbelow
Section 2 That the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, does
hereby ratify and adopt all statements , representations ,
warranties, covenants , and agreements contained in the Airport
Master Planning Grant Application which is incorporated by
reference in said grant offer
Section 3 That the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins be,
and he hereby is, authorized and directed to e ecute said
Airport Master Planning Grant Offer on behalf of the City of
Fort Collins and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed tc attest said e\ecution
Section 4 That the Airport Master Planning Giant Offer
referred to hereinabove shall be as attached hereto and made
a part hereof
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Fort Collins held this 6ti day of November A D
