OF ThE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN INTER-
GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO
AND PPOVIDING FOR AN INTERGOVEPNHENTAL PERSONNEL ACT
GRANT FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1979, the City of Fort Collins did make apoll-
cation to the State Department of Personnel , State of Colorado, fo- an
Intergovernmental Personnel Act Training Grant in the amount of Four
Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($4,199 00) , and
WHEREAS, said grant has been approved
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he he-eby is, authorized and directed
to enter into an agreement with the State of Colorado under the terms of
which the City of Fort Collins will receive an Intergovernmental Personnel
Act Training Grant in the amount of Four Thousand Seven Hundrea Ninety-dine
Dollars ($4,799 00) , said funds to be used for the improvement of public
personnel administration
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the C ty of
Fort Collins held this 18th day of De tuber 1979
