OF THE COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GINGERY ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR
SPRING CREEK DRAINAGE STUDIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIirS that the
City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to enter into an
Agreement with Gingery Associates, Inc for the purpose of providing
drainage studies for the Spring Creek Basin, it being understood and agreed
that the cost for said professional consultinq services snall not exceed
the sum of Fifty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($58,000 00) , Twenty-Two Thousand
Dollars ($22,000 00) of which will be paid for by the Colorado Water
Conservation Board
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of she City of
Fort Collins held this 18th day of Decemb4pr 1979
