OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING VIRGIL MAGERFLEISCH
TO THE LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Landmark Preservation Commission on account of
the death of Don Drager, whose term of office expires on September 51 1970, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins desires to appoint Virgil
Magerfleisch to fill such vacancy
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that
Virgil Magerfleisch be, and he hereby is appointed as a member of the Landmark
Preservation Commission to fill out the unexpired term of Don Drager on said commission
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 3rd day of
October, A D , 1968
