TO THE CITY ENGINEER A PETITION FOR THE ORGANIZATION
OF A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council for
the organization of a special improvement district for the purpose of constructing
a water main.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that said petition be referred to the City Engineer for the purpose
of checking the same with respect to compliance with the requirements and
provisions of Chapter 15 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins ,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, and for the purpose of ascertaining whether or
not the owners of the required area have properly and legally signed such
petition.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 26th day of February, A.D. 1970.
