OF THE. COUNCIL OF'-THE ,CITY_OF FORT, COLLINS'APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS FOR:;DESIGN �AND CONSTRUCTION OF','WATER1
MAINS,' SEWER MAINS, AND -STREETS'...
WHEREAS; the :Subdivision-Ordinance .(Sections,-.19-53 through.19-64;
inclusive; ;of the Code of. Ordinances of the eCity of Fort..Collins,: Colorado,
19585 as -amended) '-requires improvements for, subdivisions.-to be- in accordance
with .the specifications 'of-the City :of 'Fort.Collins; and
WHEREAS.; heretofore on. April_10, 19691 the City Council approved
specifications relating- to"-improvements in subdivisions as proposed by the. .,
-Department .of Public Works;' and ;
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has, revised. said speci-, ,
Hcations and the City Council desires to,'approve and'.adopt;said revised .
: . specification's,
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY'.
Y THE:-COUNCIL OF: THE CITY •OF
FORT COLLINS that .the specifications presented by the -Department of
Public Works for the design. and •construction 'of sewer mains and the
specifications for "the- design apd_ construction of water mains and the
specifications for the design and construction of streets, be and' the,
same hereby are approved. and adopted and,.alL iinprovements constructed
after this date in� subdivisions s'hall-be•in'accord with such specifications.
Passed and'adopted -at a .regular, meetir'g of the, City Council
held this 4th day of, June A. D '1970.
