OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING MARY ELSIE GREENWALL AND
MYRNA JUNE HILL AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND FIXING THEIR COMPEN
SATION
WHEREAS Marion A Knight and Laura A Straub have submitted their resignation
as members of the Board of Elections and
WHEREAS Section 6 of Article XVI of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides for a Board of Elections consisting of the City Clerk and
two qualified electors and
WHEREAS the City Clerk recommends that Mary Elsie Greenwall and
Myrna June Hill be appointed to the Board of Elections to fill the existing
vacancies
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Mary Elsie Greenwall and Myrna June Hill be and they are hereby
appointed as members of the Board of Elections and their compensation shall
be $1 60 per hour
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held on the 21st day of January A D 1971
