OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS GIVING NOTICE CONCERNING
A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
1958 AS AMENDED BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
RELATING TO MINIMUM OFF STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS
IN THE R H HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR
TOURIST HOMES OFF STREET LOADING AREA REQUIREMENTS
IN THE H B HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT AND NOTICES
TO BE GIVEN OF REQUESTS FOR REZONING BY SIGNS ON THE
AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study and
has recommended that the Zoning Ordinance be changed in the following
particulars
1 By adding to the off street parking requirements set forth
in Section 19 32 7 for the R-H High Density Residential District the
requirement that one parking space be furnished for each guest room for
a tourist home maintained in such District
2 By adding to the districts required by Section 19 42 6 to
have off street loading areas the H B Highway Business District
3 By changing the information required by Section 19-46 2(2)
for a notice to be posted on property for which a rezoning is required
so that such notice contains only the following ' Rezoning requested '
and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to hold a public hearing upon
an ordinance so amending the zoning district
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that April 1 1971 at 1 30 P M or as soon thereafter as the
matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall
of the City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a
public hearing on said proposed ordinance and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19 46 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended
in the form attached hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
A public hearing will be held on April 1 1971 at 1 30 P M
in the Council Chambers City Hall Fort Collins Colorado on a proposed
ordinance amending the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Colhns
Colorado in the following particulars
1 By adding to the off street parking requirements set forth
