OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT TO BE ENTERED INTO WITH THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK IN FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS it is necessary that the City of Fort Collins make
arrangements for the use of a computer for the City s data processing
programs and
WHEREAS an agreement has been negotiated with The First
National Bank in Fort Collins for the use of the computer of said Bank
and
WHEREAS said agreement has been reviewed and approved by the
City Attorney and the City Manager
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said agreement be and the
same hereby are accepted and approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk be
and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 18th day of March A D 1971
