OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
WARD FISCHER TO THE WATER BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
WHEREAS a vacancy now exists on the City of Fort Collins Water
Board and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to appoint Ward Fischer to
fill such vacancy and he has indicated he is willing to accept such
appointment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Ward Fischer be and he hereby is appointed a member
of the City of Fort Collins Water Board for a term to end on February 1
1972
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 15th day of April A D 1971
