OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING THE TERM OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS
OF THE BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS the following individuals are now serving as the members
of the Fort Collins Building Board of Appeals to-wit Robert W Sears
Wilford Cram L L Gibbons Richard Hollar and Phil Riddell and
WHEREAS the term of such individuals as members of said Board
has never been established and
WHEREAS the City Charter in Section I of Article IV provides
that members of the Board shall serve for four years and the appointment
shall be such as to achieve an overlapping of tenure and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the terms of such individuals as
members of said Board be established in accordance with the provisions of
the Charter
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the expiration date for the term of the members of the Fort
Collins Building Board of Appeals is hereby established as follows
Robert W Sears October 1 1971
Wilford Cram May 1 1972
L L Gibbons May 1 1973
Richard Hollar May 1 1974
Phil Riddell May 1 1975
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 20th day of May A D 1971
