OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
CHARLES BOWLING LYNN E ANDUSS AND PHIL RIDDELL TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS the term of Charles Bowling as a member of the Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board expired on May 26 1971 and the term
of Lynn E Anduss as a member of said Board expired on April 18 1971
x and the term of MarcileWood on said Board expired on May 6 1971 and
WHEREAS Charles Bowling and Lynn E Anduss have indicated that
they are willing to be reappointed to said Board and MarcileWood has
indicated that she does not desire to be reappointed to said Board and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to appoint Phil Riddell to
the position on said Board formerly held by MarcileWood and he has indi
cated he is willing to accept such appointment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Charles Bowling and Lynn E Anduss be and they hereby
are reappointed as members of the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board
for terms of four years the term of the said Charles Bowling to expire
on May 26 1975 and the term of Lynn E Anduss to expire on April 18
1975 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Phil Riddell be and he hereby is
appointed as a member of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning
Board for a four-year term expiring on May 6 1975 and
X BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that MarcileWood be and she hereby is
commended for her outstanding service to the citizens of the City of Fort
Collins in serving as a member of the Fort Colons Planning and Zoning
Board from May 6 1967 to May 6 1971
Passed andadopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 27th day of May A D 1971
