OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE POUDRE VALLEY
HOSPITAL DISTRICT THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
THE COUNTY OF LARIMER COLORADO AND THE STATE BOARD OF
AGRICULTURE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS heretofore the City of Fort Collins entered into an
Agreement with the Poudre Valley Hospital District the County of Larimer
and the State Board of Agriculture relating to ambulance service in the
respective areas of responsibility of the parties to said Agreement and
WHEREAS pursuant to said Agreement the Poudre Valley Hospital
District entered into an Agreement with John F Peverley concerning the
maintenance and operation of an ambulance service and
WHEREAS the said hospital district has recently entered into a
new Agreement with Fort Collins Ambulance Service Inc which Agreement
supercedes the previous Agreement between said hospital district and John F
Peverley and
WHEREAS it is desirable to amend the terms of the Agreement of
June 1 1967 to conform to the new Agreement between said hospital district
and Fort Collins Ambulance Service Inc and
WHEREAS an amendment to said Agreement has been prepared which
amendment has been approved by the City Attorney
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the amendment to said Agreement be
and the same hereby are accepted and approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they hereby are authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 27th day of May A D 1971
