RESOLUTION 78-51
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS IN A COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
STUDY OF THE UNINCORPORATED AREA SITUATED
BETWEEN FORT COLLINS AND THE CITY OF LOVELAND
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF LOVELAND,
COLORADO, AND LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the cities of Fort Collins and Loveland, Colorado,
and Larimer County, Colorado, have agreed to conduct a compre-
hensive planning study in the unincorporated area situated
between the cities of Fort Collins and Loveland, and
WHEREAS, the Toups Corporation has been selected by all
three parties to accomplish the aforementioned study, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been asked to
contribute the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) toward
consultant fees and expenses in connection with the undertaking
of the comprehensive study
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. That the City of Fort Collins be, and it hereby
is, authorized and directed to participate in the aforementioned
study, and, in connection therewith, to execute the attached
Intergovernmental Agreement
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 20th day of June , A D 1978.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this l��day of
1978, by and between LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO,

(Count ) , THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, (Fort Collins), and
THE CITY OF LOVELAND, COLORADO (Loveland),

W I T N E S S E T H :
WHEREAS, the County, Fort Collins, and Loveland mutually I
agree to conduct a comprehensive planning study in the unincor-
porated area situated between Fort Collins and Loveland, and

WHEREAS, such comprehensive planning study will be under-
taken by an independent consulting firm,
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual conditions and I
covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
(1) The County, Fort Collins, and Loveland each agree to
pay the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for a total of
Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) to be used as consultant
fees and expenses in undertaking the comprehensive planning study
set forth in that certain contract by and between the County and
