OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE
PERMIT AGREEMENT TO BE ENTERED INTO WITH
THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has acquired 80 acre-
feet units of the waters of the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District, and
WHEREAS, said district has tendered to the City a
temporary use permit for said 80 acre-feet units allocating
such waters to the City, and
WHEREAS, such temporary use permit has been approved by
the City Manager and the City Attorney and it is in the best
interests of the City to execute the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the temporary use permit between
the City and the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute
the same for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held this 18th day of July,VD.
