OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE
FURNISHING OF ELECTRIC SERVICES
WHEREAS, in 1973, the City of Fort Collins entered into a
contractual agreement with Colorado State University to supply
electric power to the University, and
WHEREAS, the parties to that original agreement have agreed
upon extensive modifications to said agreement which modifications
are contained in the agreement attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of both the City and Colorado
State University that the original agreement be cancelled and
otherwise superceded by the agreement attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the City be, and it hereby is, authorized
and directed to enter into a contractual agreement for the providing
of electric service to Colorado State University, a true copy of
which is attached hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Fort Collins held this 15th day of August, A D 1978.
