OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ASSOCIATED
STUDENTS OF COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR
THE FURNISHING OF TRANSPORT SERVICES TO
COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
WHEREAS, the Associated Students of Colorado State University
by referendum approved the entering into of an agreement with
the City of Fort Collins to provide Transfort services to
Colorado State University; and
WHEREAS, such an agreement operates to the benefit of
both the students and the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute the attached agreement on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Fort Collins held this 5th day of September,
