OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE DATE WHEN THE COUNCIL WILL HOLD A
HEARING AND CONSIDER THE ORDERING BY ORDINANCE
OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS FOR STREET LIGHTING
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5, ALL AS SET FORTH IN
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF CITY OF FORT COLLINS
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 19th DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
1978
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of September, 1978, the City
Council by resolution accepted and approved the details and
specifications for Street Lighting Improvement District No 5
and ordered that a public hearing be held on the 7th day of
November, 1978, at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m , to consider
the ordering by ordinance of the proposed improvement, and
WHEREAS, in the considered judgment of the Council of the
City of Fort Collins, it is considered more appropriate to hold
the aforementioned public hearing on the 21st day of November,
1978
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1. That on the 21st day of November, 1978, at the
hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter
may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, City of Fort Collins, is the date on which the Council of
the City of Fort Collins will consider the ordering by ordinance
of the proposed improvements relating to Street Lighting
Improvement District No. 5 and hear all complaints and objections
that may be made and filed in writing concerning the proposed
improvements by the owners of any real estate to be assessed or
any persons interested generally
Section 2 The City Clerk be, and she hereby is, directed
to give notice by publication and mailing to owners of property
to be assessed and to all interested persons generally, all as
set forth in Chapter 16 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meetin of the City Council
held this 17th day of October, 1978
