OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY TO
SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PLATTE RIVER
POWER AUTHORITY IN LIEU OF THE MAYOR
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins serves as a Director of
the Board of the Platte River Power Authority, and
WHEREAS, a new Mayor has been elected by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has elected not to serve on the Board of Directors
of the Platte River Power Authority but instead wishes to appoint another
member of the Council to such Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council desire to appoint Burt
Kross as the City's representative to the Board of Directors
of the P a e iver Power Authority to serve in lieu of the Mayor
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Burt Kross be, and (s)he hereby is,
designated to serve on the oars-Dire ors of the Platte River Power
Authority as the Mayor' s representative
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the City Council this
