OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE CITY TO
SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PLATTE
RIVER POWER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins is a Director of the
Board of the Platte River Power Authority and has elected not to serve and
has appointed a Counc ilmember to said Board to serve in lieu of the
Mayor, and \
WHEREAS, the City Counci9 had appointed Stanley R Case to the Board
of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority to serve as the City' s
representative on the Board in\addition to the Mayor's representative
WHEREAS, it is necessarythe the City Council to appoint a
new representative to the Board of D'rectors of the Platte River Power
Stanley Authority because of the retirement of R Case, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to designate a new City representa-
tive to complete the unexpired term of Stanley R Case on said Board
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Nb`e, and (s)he hereby is,
designated to serve on the Board of Directors off the Platte River Power
Authority as the City's representative, with a term to expire on December
16, 1984
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the City Council this
14th day of April 1981
