OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH HAROLD A JUNGBLUTH FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROVIDING APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR ALL PROPERTIES LOCATED
IN BLOCK 31, CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins and
the Board of Commissioners of Larimer County have entered into an Inter-
governmental Agreement wherein the City and County have agreed to develop a
comprehensive master plan for future governmental facilities to be located
in Block 31 of the City and have further agreed to begin negotiations for
acquisition of property in said Block, and
WHEREAS, the City and County have agreed to jointly and equally fund
the cost of acquisition of appraisals for all properties located within
said Block, and
WHEREAS, the City has been charged with the responsiblity of contract-
ing with a qualified and approved appraiser for the purpose of obtaining
such appraisal services, and
WHEREAS, proposals have been submitted and interviews conducted for
the purpose of selecting an appraiser to serve the City and the County in
the above mentioned capacity, and
WHEREAS, as a result of the proposals submitted and interviews con-
ducted, Harold A Jungbluth and Associates has been selected to provide the
aforementioned appraisal services
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and di-
rected to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Harold A
Jungbluth and Associates for the purpose of providing appraisal services to
the City and to Larimer County, Colorado, at a cost to the City and the
County not to exceed Twenty-two Thousand Dollars ($22,000 00) and upon such
terms and conditions as are in the best interest of the City and the County
and/or are contained in the invitation for proposals for the above-refer-
enced project
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of April , A D 1981
