OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO LLOYD
ST CROIX FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY
AS COUNCILMEMBER AND ASSISTANT MAYOR
WHEREAS, Lloyd D St Croix was elected as a Councilmember represent-
ing Council District No 3 on April 5, 1977, and
WHEREAS, Councilmember St Croix also served as Assistant Mayor of the
City of Fort Collins from April 4, 1978 until April 10, 1979, and
WHEREAS, this period of time has seen great growth and change in the
City, and Lloyd St Croix was called upon to devote substantial time and
energy to the affairs of the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, the people of the City have benefited greatly from the
services, counsel , and guidance of the said Lloyd D St Croix
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City express, on behalf of the residents of the community,
its formal and sincere appreciation and gratitude to Lloyd D St Croix
for his devotion and attention to the affairs of the City as Assistant
Mayor and Councilmember during his tenure from 1977 until 1981
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
