OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION TO CAST THE BALLOT OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS AT THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
BOND ELECTION HELD JUNE 1, 1982
WHEREAS, a Special District Election regarding the issuance of bonds
for the Downtown Development Authority is being held on June 1, 1982,
and
WHEREAS, a property owner is entitled to cast a ballot at said elec-
tion under the provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes , 1973, as
amended, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is a municipal corporation and is
qualified as a property owner within the boundaries of the Downtown De-
velopment Authority District to cast a ballot at said election, and
WHEREAS, a corporate property owner may vote in said Election only
after the governing body takes official action to designate a representa-
tive to cast the corporation' s ballot at said election, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to designate a voting representative
to cast the City' s ballot at said election
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Gary G Cassell , the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins, be
designated as the City' s representative in the Special District Election
held on Tuesday, June 1, 1982
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as the City' s representative, Gary G
Cassell be, and he hereby is, authorized to cast his ballot on behalf of
the municipal corporation "The City of Fort Collins" at said election
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins, held this 1st day of June, A D 1982
