RESOLUTION 82-82
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REVISING THE RENTAL RATE TO BE CHARGED FOR THE CITY' S
SURPLUS PLEASANT VALLEY & LAKE CANAL COMPANY WATER
WHEREAS, by Resolution 82-45 of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, rental rates to be charged for the City' s surplus irrigation water
were established for the 1982 season, and
WHEREAS, the rate for rental of surplus Pleasant Valley & Lake
Canal water was set at $120 00 per share for the 1982 season, and
WHEREAS, the Water Board has recommended to the City Council that said
rental rate for surplus Pleasant Valley & Lake Canal water be changed to
$80 00 per share for 1982
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the rental rate for surplus Pleasant Valley & Lake Canal water
be revised to $80 00 per share for the 1982 season Be it further resolved
that the Director of Public Works be, and he hereby, is, authorized to
rent said surplus water at the rate specified
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of June, 1982
