APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LARIMER COUNTY
LAND USE PLAN AND AMENDING THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
GREEMENT FOR THE FORT COLLINS URBAN GROWTH AREA

O BE CONSISTENT THEREWITH
WHEREAS, County wishes to amend the Larimer County Land Use
Plan in ordenge the designation of land west of Overland Trail
from rural t - non-farm, thereby allowing for greater density and
development oand, and
WHEREAS, o mending the Larimer County Land Use Plan the County
requested theom ent and recommendation, and
IJHEREAS, a to b reclassified as rural - non-farm is referenced
in the Inteental A reement for the Fort Collins Urban Growth Area
in addition to the Larimer C my Land Use Plan thereby necessitating the
amendment of said Intergovernme tal Agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the proposed amendme t to the Larimer County Land Use Plan
reclassifying those certain private owned lands lying west of Overland
Trail between Harmony Road and Michau Lane to the rural - non-farm desig-
nation be, and the same hereby is, appr ved
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the In rgovernmental Agreement for the
Fort Collins Urban Growth Area be, and th same hereby is, amended by
reclassifying those certain privately owned lands lying west of Overland
Trail making such classification consistent th the Larimer County Land
Use Plan
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of he Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 15th day of June, 1982
